In November 2008, National Australia Group (NAG) announced its decision to transfer MLC's business in the UK to AXA's specialist multi-manager company, Architas Multi-Manager Limited (Architas).
As a result of this announcement the management of the MLC OEIC was transferred to Architas and the administration of the MLC OEIC along with the MLC ISA transferred to AXA Portfolio Services Limited on the 1 August 2009. Both companies are part of the AXA Group.
